Use this PT100 Calculator to calculate temperature and resistance values from the standard PT100 curves. The calculator will produce a temperature value from an entered resistance or calculate resistance and thermometer sensitivity values from an entered temperature.
Select the required temperature units, thermometer type, and nominal resistance at 0 °C (R0) value.
You can enter a custom R0 value but understand that calculated values will be unique for the thermometer and will not be of standard table value.

Resistance results are given in ohms. Thermometer sensitivity (dR/dT) is given in ohms-per-degree (for example Ω/°C).
The calculator uses the following equation and coefficients.
R = R0 [1 + A t + B t2 + C (t – 100) t3]

|0 °C to 540 °C|
|-200 °C to 0 °C|
|0 °C to 540 °C|
R0 = Nominal thermometer resistance at 0 °C
A, B, C = equation coefficients obtained from the standards listed below.
Calculated values and the PT-100 equation are from the following standards: IEC 60751:2008, ASTM E1137-08(2020), and JIS C 1604:1997.
